Modern, clean and nicely furnished. Good location close to everything. Good breakfast served for a decent price. Friendly and timely service. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when we next make it to Brussels.

We had a wonderful Brussels escape at this lovely accommodation. The hotel is beautiful, private and perfectly located. We look forward to returning to this stunning and romantic hotel.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we were very disappointed. It is not at all value for money. The honeymoon suite was spacious, and the bed was very comfy, but the furniture and room itself was not at all well maintained. The furniture has not been restored, there were cracks in the ceiling, the curtains look and feel like they'd never been washed... There's a difference between staying in an historic building, experiencing a piece of history, and simply being surrounded by "old". What's more, it does not deliver a 4 star service. There are no facilities - the gym is comprised of a couple of machines, the breakfast is generic, the receptionists are not customer friendly, so really, the room is supposed to be the main attraction... The only great thing is the location, unfortunately the view is marred by very dirty windows. Honestly, I would have preferred a room in one of the many other hotels available, 1/3 of the price, a little smaller but same location.
