One of the most creative chef in France. Beautiful setting and plates. Highly elaborated cuisine. Not for everybody due to complexity of tastes, however a truely amazing experience is guaranteed.

An incredible experience. We came for the Bouillabaisse tasting menu and enjoyed five courses that felt like ten. Each course had several intricate parts showcasing the ingredients and telling the story of the classic dish. One of the best meals of my life.
