This was our 6th visit to Venice and we selected this location deliberately as we vary the area in which we stay each time. Very handy location, clean Hotel and the staff were very helpful. Great email communication prior to check in right through check out.

Perfectly situated, old palace nicely restored. Easy walk to everything. Huge rooms. Ask for rooms facing Santa Maria Formosa square. Spectacular views and romantic sounds of Venice. Welcoming, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice breakfast. Great firm beds. Would happily stay here again.

Fantastic experience! Probably one of the best hotels we had. The trip was meant as a surprise trip for wedding anniversary and staff made great effort to prepare champagne, a congratulation note from hotel, a small gift and other little decorations. And a VIP trip too! All planned by hotel. Just fantastic!! Cannot thank you enough!
