Very nice hotel, lovely room and terrific - best tortilla ever. Only criticism was we were kept waiting at the desk for about 10 before anyone appeared. But will forgive this as everything else was great. It will be even better when they finish the outside pool.

Love this place. When you drive in it's at the end of a residential street, but once you get in it's a beautiful old building.The staff are excellent, the Spa 1st class and not too far from the city.

My husband and I stayed in a Suite in the Hotel for 3 very enjoyable nights. The staff are very relaxed and friendly and the service in the restaurant is outstanding. We found the hotel's location a great base for exploring the small towns on the Atlantic coastline and it is a short drive away from the City Centre of Santiago.
