The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. From check-in to helping with our bags, there seemed to be a staff member at every turn ready to help and guide us with whatever was needed. The room was beautiful and the entire stay left us feeling comfortable and at home.

Not just my favorite hotel in Toronto but one of my favorite hotels anywhere. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The service is above and beyond and with ONE Restaurant located at the hotel you’ve also got some of the best dining! It’s expensive but worth every bit!
