Nice facilities, environments and staff. The shuttle service schedule is not the most considerate arrangement. V few time slot and the drop off and pick up location is far from each other.

I just loved this place. Full with serenity and peace. The staff is so kind and helpfull. Everything clean and taken care off till the very last detail. Also, when you've booked other arrangements, and something goes wrong, they just will do everything in their power to help solve the problem. I just wished we could have stayed longer High Veranda Staff, thank you so much for taking such good care of us!
