How to go to Panglao City
To go to Panglao City in the Philippines, you can take a direct flight to the Tagbilaran Airport from Manila or Cebu. From Tagbilaran, Panglao City can be reached by a 20-30 minute taxi ride. Alternatively, you can take a ferry from Cebu City to Tagbilaran and then take a taxi or tricycle to Panglao City. There are also vans and buses available for transportation from Tagbilaran to Panglao City.
